Mix all the ingredients and whisk well
Add oil and milk in the mix and combine everything together until it forms a ball.
Put this dough on a clean counter and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Do this at least for five minutes, add flour as and when required
Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 6-8 pieces
Roll a piece of dough until thin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. If the skillet is non-stick variety you can put the rolled dough over it directly for cooking, but if the skillet is not of a non-stick variety, then it is better to melt some butter before you add each piece of dough. Cook the Naan, one at a time for 90 seconds or until you find the parts blackening on each side.
When done, brush some butter and add some cilantro and garlic if you want , ENJOY!
