Gluten Free Cheese Bread

Gluten free cheese bread is satisfying and cheesy. It is an ultimate comfort food and if you make pizzas at home, then you will love this gluten free cheese bread. Ingredients Serves: 4
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1/3 cup almond flour or coconut flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings
• 1 egg beaten
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
• Preheat the oven to 425 degree F
• Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a bowl in a microwave for about a minute. Stir them every 15-20 seconds or until they are fully melted
• Mix together almond or coconut flour, garlic powder, baking powder, Italian seasonings and egg. Mix this well and stir in the mozzarella cheese until they are combined well. Add cheddar and make it into a ball. Cover this and chill it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
• Dust a cutting board with some almond or coconut flour. Cut the dough into 4 even pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Cut each ball into half and place the cut side down on a greased baking tray
• Bake this for 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown
• Assemble with the desired toppings and garnish
