Easy Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting


This carrot cake recipe is original from my mom’s recipe. It’s one of my favorite dessert. Each bite give a feeling of moise and light and natural ingredients. It contains Vitamin from carrot and peanut. Now It’s time to cook. Wanna make it with me ? Then Let’s go !


  • Plain Flour 250 G
  • Custer Sugar 350 G
  • Oil 235 Ml.
  • 3 Eggs0
  • Grated Carrot 220 G
  • Crumble peanut 115 G
  • Baking Soda 2 Teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 1Teaspoon
  • Salt 1 Teaspooon
  • Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla 1 Teaspoon

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Creamcheese 224 G
  • Butter 55 G
  • Icing Sugar 240 G


Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
Total: 1.15 hour
Difficulty : Easy

To Make a Carrot Cake Base

  • Preheat Oven for 350 F
  • Mix dry ingredient : Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt the large bowl, mix together and set it aside
  • Mix wet ingredient : Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Custer Sugar
  • and Add grated carrot and peanut in the wet ingredients bowl.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients together
  • Bake 350 F for about 45 mins.
  • After finished, let it cook before top with frosting.

To Make Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Mix Butter and Icing sugar and cream cheese
  • When cake base is cool. top with the frosting and then sprinkle with crumble roasted peanut.
