Butter Scotch Bread Pudding



• 10 ¾ oz loaf day old bread, torn into pieces
• 2 cup brown sugar
• 4 cup milk
• ½ cup melted butter
• 3 eggs beaten
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions to Cook

Prep time:10 minutes
Cook time:60 minutes
Ready:70 minutes

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Apply butter to a 9×13 inch baking dish
2.Take a large sized bowl and mix bread, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, and the butterscotch chips
3.Mix all of the above and should have the consistency of oatmeal
4.Pour into the prepared pan
5.Bake in the preheated oven for an hour until it is set.
6.Once done, serve warm or cold
